1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

2. Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Tags Intact: All original brand tags and labels must be attached.
  • No Wear & Tear: The item must be in its original, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear, usage, or damage.
  • Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging.

3. Shipping Costs

At Norique, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. We’ve simplified our process to ensure that your experience is as seamless as the leather we craft:

  • Complimentary Returns: Whether you've changed your mind, need a different size, or simply want a different style, Norique covers the return shipping costs. You don’t have to pay a thing to get the item back to us.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will prioritize your replacement. As with all our returns, we provide a pre-paid shipping label so you can send it back at no expense to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email norique.official@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • For Defective Products: Please attach clear photos of the defect to your email.
  • Ship the Item: Once your request is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.

5. Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved returns: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Rejected returns: If an item is returned with missing tags or signs of wear, the refund will be denied and the item will be sent back to the customer.
