Leather Warranty — 6 Months

All Norique leather products are covered by a 6-Months warranty against manufacturing defects in the leather from the date of purchase.

Leather is a natural material that develops character over time. With proper care, full-grain leather can last for decades, aging beautifully and becoming even more unique with use.

Metal Hardware Warranty — 6 Months

All metal components used in Norique products — including zippers, buttons, clasps, and fittings — are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in leather
  • Faulty stitching due to manufacturing
  • Defective metal hardware (zippers, clasps, buttons)

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, marks, or natural leather aging
  • Damage caused by improper use, water exposure, or lack of care
  • Accidental damage or third-party repairs

Our Commitment

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Norique will repair or replace the product or component at our discretion.
